How many appointments will I get?
Nobody can honestly promise you a number: the platform is launching, and volume builds with the network. That is exactly why the first month is free. The phone that answers, the deposit and the reminders are worth something from day one, regardless of traffic.
Is there a commission on appointments?
None without a deposit. With a deposit, the commission comes out of it — 1% to 5% depending on your plan — plus a payout fee. Never from the price of the job. The exact rate is written on your plan's card.
How and when do I get paid?
Deposit at booking, balance on site, deposits transferred to your bank account. The full path is described in the “How you get paid” section.
What happens if the customer does not show up?
The deposit stays with you. Within 24 hours of the appointment, cancelling is no longer refundable: the lost slot gets paid.
Does this replace my current software?
No, it adds to it. We handle the booking, the deposit and the reminder; your software keeps the rest. Nothing to migrate, nothing to unplug.
Am I at risk of double booking?
No. The openings come from your shop settings — hours, work bays, duration of each service — and a booked slot disappears immediately. The only blind spot: an appointment taken off the platform that you never enter.
What happens after the 60 assistant minutes of the Pro plan?
Up to you. Overage on: the line keeps answering and extra minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate. Overage off: the assistant stops at the quota, nothing is added to your bill.
How does the voice assistant speak?
In French, with your hours, your services and your real openings — never a time you do not have. The recording notice required by Quebec's Law 25 is given at the start of the call. It switches to English, Spanish or Portuguese on request.
How long until I am online?
Five to ten minutes to sign up. After that it is automatic: your listing goes live and your services show up in searches.
How do I cancel?
In one click from your partner dashboard, with no fee and no notice period.
